KIDS' SHOW ORCHESTRATION SERIES

My ultimate goal is to write music for kids' television shows, so I figured this is a pretty solid place to start! Below are a few original orchestral re-workings of popular kids' television theme songs.

Check them out, like/comment, share with your friends (especially if your friend is Nickelodeon Animation Studios), and stay tuned for more!

ABOUT ME

Welcome to my website! My name is Lillian (friends call me Lilly) and I'm a composer/producer based in Nashville, TN. My musical roots were always firmly planted in contemporary songwriting and performance. By twelve years old, I'd taught myself four instruments and took to the stage! I started gigging all around my hometown of Denver, Colorado, and even got the chance to perform at Red Rocks Amphitheater TWICE by the time I was fifteen years old (still blows my mind). From here, I began toying around with music production. I fell in love with the behind the scenes of music making; with how the songwriting process not only continues, but changes and expands from behind the console.

I attended Berklee College of Music as a self taught multi-instrumentalist who couldn't read a chart anymore complicated than a lead sheet, and recently graduated with a degree in Contemporary Composition and Production. I wanted to continue to explore audio engineering while also tapping into a field I'd sworn was far too complex for me to understand, let alone to excel at and love... composition. In addition to my independent projects, I've written, arranged, orchestrated, and produced for a wide variety of Berklee productions:

While at school, I took a particular interest in A&R, tour managing, and artist development. Under the guidance of UMG's Liza Levy and the Berklee Career Center, I piloted a student led program designed to initiate outreach projects and get students working in the industry. My team landed roles in movies like Whitney, Broadway productions like MJ the Musical, and opening slots for artists like Yola, Sammy Rae & The Friends, Lakestreet Dive, The Kid Laroi, and many others. I served as an in house tour manager for each of these gigs, and maintained industry connections that my team continues to utilize today. My music business pursuits have made me a more knowledgeable, well-rounded artist, as I continue to build my own artist career.

Currently, I'm a staff writer for a number of sync agencies such as Math Tracks and 21 South and am always looking for new opportunities to write for television and new media.

Phew that was A LOT, thanks for sticking with me. Please feel free to use the form below to contact me!
